All service plans include de-webbing patio furniture and around house and treatment for Ants, spiders, crickets, silverfish, black widows, brown widows, earwigs, Millipedes, Centipedes and general insects.
Price is based on square footage of home or business
How it works: You will receive an email one week prior to your service reminding you of your upcoming appointment. (Only maintenance customers will receive appointment reminder emails) Our Licensed technician will show up clean on time and be ready to service inside and outside of your home or business, when treating the inside our technician will remove his or her shoes or wear booties. Please keep in mind that we do have a 2-hour vacancy time. We will remove cobwebs from under all the eaves on the first story of the home, around the foundation of the home, along the fencing, and from all patio furniture. We will use the proper IPM (integrated Pest Management) to determine and treat for the target pests infesting your home or business. We will notate any special instructions you may have so we can provide you with the best possible service every time.
Rodent control, Gophers, Mosquito, Bees/Wasps, Fleas, Bed Bugs, and Moths are not included in service plans but may be ordered when needed at additional cost.
Not all plans are one size fits all. All Service plans pricing are based on square footage. Plan frequency's may be changed depending on level of infestation, customer request or call backs. All service plans have a specific price tier, Skipping, rescheduling, postponing, will cause your frequency to be off track making your account subject to a price change.
2-month guarantee. Not all homes are the same, some homes will not be able to be guaranteed. Please contact our office for further details.
Payment methods: All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards. (credit cards are subject to a 4% Service Fee).
Appointment Rescheduling policy:
Rescheduling changes within 24 hours of appointments or same day turn away, a full service charge will applied.
