                                                                     This is the most economical plan we offer.

 

This plan includes a service once every other month, within a 12-month period. Services will include treatment for all your general insects, ants, spiders, cobweb removal, earwigs, crickets, silverfish, black widows, brown widows, millipedes, centipedes, and American cockroaches, (excluding German roaches, Fleas, Ticks, Moths)

We will notify you by email one week prior to your visit with a date that we will be servicing your home or business. If the date does not work, simply email or call our office and we will be happy to find a better spot that works.

Pre-paid plan may not be a right fit for everyone or every home. Frequency of service may depend on many factors including but not limited to level of infestation, sanitation of home or business, neighboring trees, or overgrown and unmaintained landscaping.

 

A desired personal preference on how often you would want service will also determine if this is the right plan. We will spot treat in between service when needed at no additional cost.

 

If spot treatments are consecutive every month and a pattern develop, we will notify you that this plan may not be the right fit and the frequency may have to increase. Not all plans are one size fits all. All Service plans pricing are based on square footage. Plan frequencies may be changed depending on level of infestation, customer request or call backs. All service plans have a specific price tier, Skipping, rescheduling, postponing, will cause your frequency to be off track making your account subject to a price change. Cancellation of your yearly program before the maturing date, will result in your account reverting to a pay-as-you-go account and will void any built-in discounts. Refund will be issued via check, minus initial fee and services rendered.  If power washing, hosing and/or professional deep cleaning of our product is performed after services have been completed, guarantee may be voided due to removing our product before allowing it to take effect.

 

Bait stations for outside rodent control maybe added for an additional cost.

Mosquito Control is not included, but maybe added for an additional cost

 

Rodent trapping, exclusion, attic vacuuming, or bee/wasp removal is not included, but may be added as one-time charge when needed. 

 

Payment methods: All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards. (Credit cards are subject to a 4% Service Fee).

Appointment Rescheduling policy: 

Please keep in mind that any rescheduling change within 24 hours of your appointment, a full-service charge may be applied to your account.
